Ken Cho is a Senior Product Engineer. Since joining Simpson Strong-Tie in 2007, he has been involved with development and testing of mechanical anchors, power-actuated fasteners and various anchor related software. He also participates in committees and industry groups such as American Concrete Institute, Concrete and Masonry Anchor Manufactures Association and Powder Actuated Tool Manufactures Institute. Ken earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering from Stanford University. Prior to joining Simpson Strong-Tie, Ken has 9 years of experience in structural design of amusement rides, residential and commercial buildings.
